development on 21 February 2007 at the Salvation Army citadel.
A second meeting to discuss traffic concerns was held on 20 March
2007.

20 August 2007 - Saanich Council rejected North Quadra's appeal
of the decision to send this rezoning application to Public Hearing.

to discuss changes made to the proposal.
